QilinGO is a platform operated by Beijing Qilin Co., Ltd. (北京祺麟科技有限公司) that connects travelers with local guides and tour operators in China. We provide a marketplace for discovering and booking travel experiences.

2. Using Our Platform

By using QilinGO, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating an account or making bookings
  • Use the platform for lawful purposes only
  • Respect other users, guides, and tour operators
  • Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform

3. For Travelers

When booking experiences through QilinGO:

  • You are entering into an agreement directly with the guide or tour operator

  • You are responsible for ensuring you meet any requirements (visas, health, fitness levels) for activities you book
  • QilinGO facilitates connections but is not responsible for the actions of third-party providers

4. For Guides and Tour Operators

When listing services on QilinGO:

  • You must provide accurate descriptions of your services and qualifications
  • You are responsible for obtaining any required licenses or permits for your activities
  • You must maintain appropriate insurance for your services
  • You agree to respond to inquiries and honor confirmed bookings
  • Pricing and availability information must be kept up to date

5. Payments

Payment terms vary by provider. Some may require payment through QilinGO, while others handle payments directly. Always confirm payment terms before booking. QilinGO is not responsible for disputes regarding payments made directly to providers.

6. Content and Reviews

Users may post reviews and content on the platform. By doing so, you:

  • Grant QilinGO permission to display this content
  • Confirm that your reviews are honest and based on real experiences
  • Agree not to post false, defamatory, or harmful content

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

QilinGO is a platform that connects users with service providers. We are not responsible for:
